Brought car in for alignment and was told they did it but was not provided the results from the tire alignment rack. Have asked service advisor and service manager for copy of it (which they indicated it was saved and would provide to me via email) and they have not provided anything back. If you don’t have it just say it instead of telling me someone can send it to me and ignoring my requests. Customer service seems to be an issue for me at your dealership. Just not sure I would return for any service. Thank you.

I asked for a particular technician as I have in the past only to be told I cannot do that at scheduling. Was told to ask for them when I got there and it would happen. It did not. If I cannot pick whom I want to work on my vehicles I will find somewhere else. Sad day since I have had Toyota do all my work for 10 years.

All the staff was amazing. I bought my car from Corwin, but Baxter really beats them out overall, due to their staff. Everyone treated me with respect and when I was a bit stressed. They helped me more than anyone from Corwin ever did, and that’s remembered. Thank you to everyone again
