The lonar care is the most appreciated thing about getting service done to vehicle instead of having to find a 2nd car to drive when our household only has one. Service was done in a timely manner and car always runs like new after being serviced at Baxter Toyota. Thanks for doing the extra paperwork with my warranty.

They took my truck for a test drive, didn’t ask if that was alright, didn’t tell me how long it would take. Didn’t tell me who was driving it. Didn’t bother to tell me I would be there at the dealership for just short of 2 hours because of that. I would have bought it back at another time had I known. Just wasn’t happy about it. Someone should have ask me or told me what they were doing. My time has value

I took my car in because it wouldn’t start Had it towed on Monday You did something, charged me $129 It started drove it Tuesday Got up Wednesday wouldn’t start had it towed back to the shop I had it at It’s Thursday I have a loaner car for now No idea when or if it will be fixed Sad when the dealership couldn’t fit it You can call I’m very disappointed in your service I purchased several cars from stealing McCall in Houston in my 40 years I lived there They were the best!!

The message on my phone about service being performed did not include the trans flushso I had to check to be sure it was being done. IT WAS ON THE SERVICE reps computer, just not on my phone message and price estimate. Computer glitch?
