I agreed on the fair asking price of the vehicle, but asked for some cosmetic body work to be done since it was lower mile certified vehicle. Cullen and staff came through for me and got me scheduled in with the service center. I didn’t get the promise in writing but the staff still held true to their word and I couldn’t be happier with the way my family and I were treated.

Huy was great. I was a few days early bringing in my truck but he accommodated me anyways. He was transparent with what needed done to my truck and quick when I came to pick it up.

Does, Chevys, Dodges are all good vehicles. But any vehicle is only as good as the service. This is my 4th Toyota since 2000, and it’s all about the service. I hope I can continue to count on you -Dave

We are a returning customer because we have always had exceptionally good experience. The setup of the waiting area is very good. We arrived on time for our appointment but waited a while to be acknowledged by anyone. It seemed like a few people weren't busy doing anything and they avoided eye contact. It felt unusual. It also took a long time to have our car serviced. It took more than double the amount of time that we were told the work would be completed and I followed up twice to check in for an update.
