I had asked Baxter to order the parts for a factory recall 1 month ago. I never got a call to notify me that it was in. Luckily I called and asked after a few weeks. Once I went in to get it fixed, all went well

You would think they could at least wash and vacuumed your new vehicle when you bring it in for 10,000 mile oil change and recall. Had all kinds of calls when I was looking for a vehicle.After I bought one there, they act disinterested in helpingyou.
