I picked up my car on Friday and told I would hear, on Monday, from the service manager who is at a funeral. Monday came around. I never got a call. I left a message to the service managers voicemail on Monday afternoon and never received a call back. It is now Tuesday at 8:14 PM.

To whom it may concern, My customer rep today was awesome! I believe his name is Travis? If not, it was the man with long hair, prior military, and has a beard. He was extremely helpful and one of the most professional individuals I have encountered within customer service in a very long time! He deserves to honestly be in management. I requested for my vehicle to be washed. After the oil change, the vehicle was presented still full of dirt and dust. I requested again for my vehicle to be washed, which took an additional twenty minutes to complete the simple task.
