I was very please with overall experience with all team members. After being stranded and towed, it was such a relief to have people go out of their way to make sure I had a loaner car when you were out of cars, to listen to may rambling descriptions of symptoms and take copious notes to help diagnose and gave me the warm fuzzy that I was working with confident, competent people. Kudos for great service. I only wish I had taken more time to capture their names to give them each personal credit. I’ll be shopping for my next car here soon. After 4 Camrys and 2 Highlanders, I’m sold on Toyota quality.
