Michael Sowders is a terrific Service Advisor. He helped me understand the procedure for one of my warranty policies, and he advised me how to work with an external service vendor so my work could be covered by the warranty. He saved me several hundred dollars. He is super customer-focussed. Thanks, Michael!!

Whoever made my appointment didn't make sure my name was right causing too much confusion at check in. Price quoted on the phone was apparently the "starting price for the service". Shady at best. Service guy towed the company line and tried to get me to be okay with paying 30 bucks over quoted cost after i made the happy, showed up and had no other options. Total bot the service writers fault....but not mine either. Won't be back

I was pleased with the care taken with my RAV4. They addressed my questions. The product specialist helped with connecting my phone. The service appointment did seem to take a longer time than I expected.

Didn't know it was a diagnostic. Thought I was getting a new belt. Paid a lot of money for getting nothing and still didn't get the belt. Then I had to make another appt for the belt after Waiting an hour and a half.
