One hour and 30 minutes for routine maintenance, I finally went to ask. Iof course it was done and i looked at the invoice to see the in and out time and sure enough it had been done for 30 minutes. No apology was given. Or reaction when I said "so it's been done for 30
Minutes and no one told me?" I paid and left. This is a CONSISTENT PROBLEM with this service center. It has happened to me
Multiple times over the years. I will now only drop off at night and wait for someone to find the time to call me to tell me it's done vs wasting my time at the dealership for a service that should take 45 minutes.
Every thing went as planned
Check in was confusing, first time being at your dealership. Went in service doors and was not immediately greeted, stood for a minute while a service advisor was working on computer, he did ask after a minute what I was there for, told me one to go to another advisor so I moved down the line. A friendly woman told me I would need to wait for an advisor. Finally gentleman one told me to drive my car into garage, by the time I did so, there were 2 cars ahead of me. Waited another 5 plus minutes. Once car was taken in and it was explained service everything went quickly. Time of appointment was 1:45 time checked in was 1:52. I arrived at 1:35. Do I need to have tires re-torqued after a certain mileage? In the past it has been a standard practice. Thank you.
I came in for an oil change. I told the service rep that I would wait. I sat in the waiting room 3 hours and was never told that my car was done. I eventually, 3 hours later, went to check and see what was taking so long and my paperwork was filed away, without anyone contacting me! According to the paperwork it took 30 minutes to complete the service but no one came and told me.
Stephanie was courteous. She is honest in providing information. If she does not know the answers to my questions, she would admit it than making things up. My experience with the parts department is not favorable. It is hard to get information and the info provided is vague.
Jerry went up and beyond helping me.. he showed me where the spare tire was.. and demonstrated how to remove it.. jack location..oil dip stick.. different coolant containers.. he was of great service to me.. an old 75 year old..great patience!! Never let him leave your business..
Job done well and ahead of schedule
I left to eat lunch, returned, and sat waiting for an additional hour and a half when my vehicle was already done. I just think updates are nice and take everyones time into consideration.

Concerned about the security of my credit card information since the system was compromised. I assume every precaution is being taken while you wait to process information
