I have reported that my 4Runner shakes between 50-70 mph the last couple of services. Last August my wife picked up the vehicle and was told it was a sensor that needed to be replaced and that we would receive a call when the sensor was in. No call. This past time I again reported the shake and the sensor issue we were told about previously. I was told there was not a sensor issue and that the wheels just needed to be balanced so that was done but shaking continues.

She forgets to look if I have prepaid oil changes every time. She does apologize and is polite but I would think that would be part of the workflow or my account would trigger a reminder. No need to call.

When I finally went to she what was taking so long I saw my car 2nd in line of 10 ready. Many worker bees, and only one helping a customer. I was not impressed with the one who checked me in.
