Very poor experience; one that will likely keep me from coming back. Was told service would take an hour, came back 1 hour 45 minutes later and they hadn’t started yet. Was also promised car wash and that wasn’t done. When I asked about the car wash she sort of just said sorry, oh well rather than just have someone fix the error. Stephanie shouldn’t be in her role if this is how she handles your front line with customers.

The front service desk lady was so rude. I arrived at 4:10 pm to my appointment at 4:15 pm and she kept saying ah, you arrived too early. It What she supposed to fly my car and bring it exactly at 4:15 pm.

Ty and the service department underperformed in a major way. I brought in a ‘used’ fleet car that was recently assigned to me, and my goal was to bring this RAV4 ,which had been poorly treated, up to the highest standard possible. Within 20 miles from the shop, the plastic oil pan shroud had fallen down and dragged on the ground. I noticed this on the same day and brought the vehicle back that night to be repaired the next day after several appointments in Omaha. The dealership is 30 minutes from my house. The service department “zip tied” the shroud back in place, and Ty told me the zip ties will have to be replaced after every oil change from now on. This is why I brought the vehicle in for service and inspection in the first place: to replace damaged parts such as this. Instead, the vehicle is now held together by zip ties, and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen about this. And this is why my family’s personal vehicles are Hondas, because I know the service department does not send vehicles out of the garage which are held together haphazardly.
