I had to bring car back right after I got it home . The air conditioner was not working . A connection was not done right. I had to spend just about an extra 1 of time and drive extra 20 miles.

Michael was immensely helpful and courteous. He managed to fit me into the schedule multiple times without a proper appointment, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Despite the unfortunate circumstances regarding my vehicle, it was a very pleasant experience working with him. If I lived in Lincoln, I would make a point to reach out to him exclusively whenever issues arise.

Communication… on service.. heard nothing from advisor during service..app. Still shows maintenance needed.. not sure who clears the app? Prices are high with no personal service to back it.. will use last free service then find another dealer.

Initially, I brought my truck in for an oil change two hours late due to human error on my part. Ty immediately told me that is not an issue and quickly checked me in without any issues. Great customer service!
