Jared was great to work with and made the whole experience better than expected, he's very professional and personable. I do wish Baxter would stock more loaner vehicles for those getting repairs that take over 2 hours, but that's not under Jared's purview.

Oil change was fine I guess. Just not the service I used to get. Asked to have the car washed. Checked out and they forgot. Nice enough to take it back but told me to wait and then never came back to get me. I saw the car waiting and then tried to find someone to ask if it was ready to go. Jared not around. Asked someone else who never mare eye contact. Said he was just trying to get everyone processed in a stressed voice.
