Been a Toyota owner for many years been thru many dealerships. Most treat you like they’re doing you a favor. Jarad was not that at all. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a dealership.

I had routine service done which usually is about an hour or little more. People that came before me were gone and some that came after me were done. I finally went up and asked after 2 hours. Service gentleman called and asked if the car was done and he asked that the car be brought up. Then they asked if I wanted a car wash and that took another half hour. If I had known it would take that long for an oil change, I would have had just dropped the car off. There wasn’t anything else that needed to done on the car.

Upon first service it was noted an oil leak was detected around the oil pan and they would monitor it. Less than a week later, I discover an oil spot approximately 2x3 ft in my garage floor. I called and left a message with the service manager (of whom never did return my call reference the issue. I brought the vehicle back earlier this month to have the oil leak fixed and still have an oil leak. Not very satisfied with the vehicle or the results of the service.
