Trevor was great but the last couple times I’ve been there were not. I took my wife’s Highlander in for a rattling noise and the texh round part of a muffler that he claims was rattling. The issue was a heat shield that I clearly zip tied touching the muffler causing the rattle. Couldn’t see the zip tie I guess after I told them that was the issue when I dropped it off. Saved 1500$ on that one. Highlander has also been in multiple times for the brakes squeeking. New pads and rotors after I did the pads 6 months prior. Brought it back in no issues found same sound being made. 500$ for brakes which probably didn’t even need done. I have 3 Toyotas and they run forever with minimal maintenance but that doesn’t mean to make up issues to hit a service quota.

I wish they had found that the lower oil pan gasketleaks at the same time they told us the rear seal needed to be replaced!
