Seemed pretty Bogus that you wanted to get out of Warranty work saying a rock hit the radiator. Our first Toyota and might be our last because of this. Will for sure be our last if we have anything else along these lines where you won’t do warranty work.

I sat an hour and 20 mins then went to the counter to ask him where was my truck come to find that they never got it pulled into the shop. This is unacceptable for a routine maintenance on an oil change and tire rotation. Then I sat for another 40 mins to have the service completed. Unacceptable! I’ve had other issues where technicians bust bolt heads off bolts and not tell me. I had a stud on a wheel hub get cross threaded and I have to find a shop to fix it. These are my experiences the last three times. I doubt I come back!

I was not talked to prior to trying to check me out. This meant the engine filter was not replaced until I asked. My ticket was closed which caused issues with correctly utilizing my Toyota Care coverage. This was going to have to be resolved by management. If something is yellow or red on the inspection someone needs to talk to the before assuming it’s okay not to do.

This was supposed to be my last free service. I was told on the phone when I made the appt that it was my last free service under the 2 yr Toyota service. I was charged for this service. It is not my fault you couldn’t get me in on time!

The link sent mid-appointment didn’t let me consent to the suggested service, and no one called, so it didn’t get done even though I wanted it. At pickup, the service rep didn’t explain what was done, and made small talk that distracted me from asking. She also said unclear things about what service was upcoming.

I was missing the cap for my RAV4 spare tire steam. You replaced it. It was recommended to have extra service done and explained what it was for. I appreciate the extra time taken to explain why it is needed and why. Your staff always very friendly and helpful. I travel 1.75 hrs to have service at your dealership. IWe have purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership. Thank you!
