Brea is an excellent example of how to treat a client. She is personable, knowledgeable, has a desire to help. She needs to be in a management position demonstrating how you want loyal clients to come back. I would much rather have this young lady handle issues with my car than previous service positions thus far. This is my 3rd Toyota since 2007? I specifically asked about my filters because last l change it was recommended it be changed so I said I want it done if it needs it and it wasn’t addressed at all. I feel like since it was at the very end of the day nothing was gone over in detail and all my concerns weren’t addressed. I drive clear from Kearney to come to Baxter to get serviced and after last time I’m not sure I see the value.

I would suggest offering the car wash when dropping the car off for service rather than finding out it hadn’t been washed and waiting longer to get it washed

One thing, that was not Michael’s fault, was that one of our prepaid maintenances expired, but we were always told we had time. It’s not a big deal but it could have saved us $100.
