I believe you used to have the car exterior washed during oil change and yearly maintenance check, but this time you did not.

Since I was there, my back tailgate door will not latch properly. The light continues to flash. I have reopened it several times, and you can hear that it isn’t properly latching. This was not the case before I took it in.

30 min after checking in for our scheduled appointment we were told we didn't need an oil change just a tire rotation. 30 min later after the car returned to the drop area and sat for more than 10 min I had to approach the service area and ask if it was ready for us to leave. Being the owner of a service station the lack of customer service was disgraceful. A tire rotation doesn't take an hour and it should have been noted before we even walked away from check-in.

After my 2 hour wait the rep was talking to a co-worker for 15 mins while my car was ready and she had the paper work in front of her. Then finally I went up to them and they stopped talking which she followed it by a “seems like you’re all set”. That was the confirmation that my car was ready and she just didn’t bother to stop the convo to call me for about 15 mins. Not happy.
