II appreciated Ty’s communication that the expected time to complete task was not going to be met. He was respectful of need to complete recognizing there wasn’t the staff to complete as expected.

I went in due to a noise and spent $1600 to pick it up still making the same exact noise.

After arriving at 5pm to pick up my car, stood in service department for 10 min and was seemingly avoided by employees in a very understaffed department at a busy time. One individual would come from the south door and turned around 2 times when seeing me standing there and two employees stood at a computer on the north end. My advisor was busy between the shop and service and apologized for the wait.
