Erin was great!! I love bringing my car here for service. It’s so clean and the people are friendly and I never feel pressured to do unnecessary things on my car. It’s amazing to be able to use the WIFI in the lobby to work while I wait!

I had an appointment for 7:15am on 8/17/24. I dropoed my vehicle off the night before and put my key in the drop box. The next day I received a text about my upcoming appointment but no other communication. I called three times from 10am to 11:30am asking the status as I had received no updates. The third call someone took my name and went and asked the service department what the status of my vehicle was. I was told it would be done and to call back at 2pm. Instead I showed up at 2pm and my vehicle was still parked outside where I left it. I went inside and in talking to the representative it became clear why. Two other employees started fighting with each other over who was supposed to check the key drop box that morning. Brae was asking another employee if he did and he was telling her she always does. She admitted she didn't. She went to retrieve my key and about 45 minutes later my vehicle was done. I have three vehicles that I have serviced at Baxter. I believe I will start looking for a new place for my business.

Been really good in the past. Took it into day and it took 2 hours to do an oil change and tire patch. My apple carplay was working when I took it in and when I left no sound and can’t get it back. Really frustrated

The metal rod that holds up the hood of the car was not fully secured to the plastic clip and the rod fell in the engine against the fan and was making lots of noise and took some of the plastic off from the rod. Please do better

Thank you. It would be financially more feasible to do the service that I had done and not to have an additional $600 plus spark plug recommendation at the same mileage of 60,000.

Hi! My windshield wiper fluid wasn't filled today. It would give me peace of mind if I could come in again so someone could fill that, and also check the other fluids just to make sure the fluids section wasn't accidentally skipped. Especially since my next scheduled maintenance isn’t until December. Thanks so much!

The original estimate I was provided of $199.95 was acceptable to me upon delivering my vehicle, however I was called later on to ask if I wanted to replace an o-ring that was leaking. I asked for the cost to do this and was first told it would be $6.66, and then was told that the timing cover was leaking as well and that the cost to fix this would be around $3,000. Ring told this information I only accepted the additional o-ring replacement. Upon seeing the invoice, I was surprised to see the additional $170 in labor. The person I spoke to said it was possible that the system didn’t show it due to possible glitches seen in the system lately. I’m not sure if the issue was that or simply a miscommunication on not making sure I understood the high additional cost for the o-ring. The last comment I’ll make is that I requested in my initial scheduling online (4-5 days beforehand) to have a quote emailed or phone called to me, which I did not receive and had to call in shortly before the appointment to ask for the estimate.

Scheduled service to have tire rotation, I was told service was not completed because the technician said it didn’t need to be done.
