I was pleased with everything but I was not able to find out if they rechecked the seepage from my steering column. It was noted on my paperworkfrom my visit before this one. I wanted to wait to fix it until my next paycheck. I asked them to check on it today and let me know if it could wait to get fixed. Everyone who I delt with as well as the mechanic went to lunch so I couldn't find out if my the sewage had changed and if it was safe to drive my truck on a long trip I'm taking at the end of the week. I wish someone would have written a note before they went to lunch on whether or not this was checked.

I made an appointment for my Chevy Spark online through the Toyota application two weeks in advance. I arrived at my appointment to be told they don’t have an oil filter in stock for them to complete my oil change. Staff was extremely helpful in getting me in the next day to get my oil change done. I was told by staff that the mobile app and online system is causing them hiccups regarding stocking the correct supplies needed for each appointment. I want to bring heightened attention to this issue. It needs fixed or there needs to be a work around process to ensure the shift has the parts they need to get their work done. A customer shouldn’t have to be turned away for an appointment made two weeks in advance because the service department didn’t have the part in stock.

I brought my vehicle in on Tuesday, August 13th due to it overheating and the air conditioning not working. I was told to bring it back on Thursday and they would be able to give me a loaner car while they looked at my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle back in on Thursday, I was then told that your establishment was not able to service jeeps and I was just going to end up having to take it elsewhere. I was not sure why the 3 people I had spoke to prior to bringing my vehicle in did not make me aware that Baxter was not able to service jeeps. Very frustrating morning. .
