All of the boxes were checked OK but if they did not put any windshield washer fluid in the basin how do I know they didn’t check anything? It was completely empty. Also, there were greasy fingerprints on the door.

Was a little disappointed that my appointment for a service and tire rotation was scheduled for 12:30pm and it was 2pm before completed. I advised I would be waiting when I made the appointment. If I had known it would take that long I would have made other arrangements.
