We are traveling and experienced a headlight problem. Angie told us we would need an appointment would not be available for several days. This would have meant we could only drive during daylight hours. When she heard our problem she ask someone else to look at the truck and they determined that someone could check the bulbs. A short time latter the problem was solved and we were on our way. Angie went out of her way for us. In the times we live in it is rare to find an employee who goes out of their way to help. She was great

I didn’t feel comfortable with the information I was getting from Stephanie. I had been in before for the same service with Evan Meyer as my service technician, and I felt Stephanie was telling me you couldn’t do the service that you had done previously. And when I got my vehicle back today, you were able to do the service I came in for. I have worked with Evan for years and I prefer to work with him. He is honest, knowledgeable and doesn’t push me on the decisions I need to make about my vehicles.

It took over 2 hours. One of your service techs was in the check in area making a scene to the team members that check clients in, instead of working to get caught up he wanted to argue with your front facing team in front of customers.

I was advised by Mike that per my account records, my vehicle required a AWD fluid change since it hadn’t been completed in the last 70,000ish miles. I was surprised but agreed if he looked in my records it should be done for this service. At checkout, he did see I was charged twice for fixing my hood latch that was a good catch too. After my service, I went home at the end of my work day to review my printed Toyota service records. My records shows that I had this same $300 service done 2-2024 at Toyota. I called Toyota and someone is going to call me back about this situation. Steve irons ****-****-xxxx
