I wanted to share with you that I have entrusted the care of our Toyota vehicles with the Toyota dealership for many years. While I understand we are all human, it seems that lately when I bring in one of our vehicles for service or repairs, the knowledge of the service technicians is less than that should be expected. Jared’s customer service skills are very good and when I brought to his attention today a discrepancy in the service diagnosis today compared to the last one I had with me, he knew exactly how to handle it. The issue I brought to his attention was the status of the brakes on my vehicle. They had actually improved on today’s diagnosis compared to the previous one. I was expecting just the opposite- that I would be told my brakes should be replaced. All is well that ends well, although I would sure not want to be told my brakes are fine only to find out after I was in a wreck due to them. Overall I am pleased with Toyota, I just want you to be aware of my experience. Thank you.

I love Toyota but I feel like there is something missing with the service communication. I would prefer to talk to a manager over the phone. It's nothing terrible I just feel like there's an opportunity for Toyota to be better.
