Instead of just texting The inspection report it would be nice if they would call while they were working on the car to make a decision on needed items, especially when we drive from a distance. Other than that, everyone there was great to work with.

I am very upset and frustrated about my visit today for several reasons. I brought my vehicle in last Saturday for maintenance and had 3 items that needed attention. I scheduled an appointment for today to get 2 of those issues repaired. Today I bring my vehicle in for those scheduled repairs and then get a report that I have 2 other items that need immediate repairs that were not identified on Saturday. My first question is why weren’t these things identified on Saturday? I called my Service rep to ask for an explanation about these new items, left a message for Stephanie and never received a call back. Then I came to pick up my car and walked into the service area and no other customers are present but there are 5 employees standing around talking to each other, no one acknowledges me and I have to go find another employee and ask for assistance. Stephanie then checks me out and never acknowledges that she didn’t return my call or the new items that were identified. Very dissatisfied all around with my experience today.

I would have appreciated to be kept up on what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call three times on Thursday before I found out that the tire wasn't coming in and I wasn't going to get my car back that day as previously promised. Also, a heads up that my car was going to be ready Friday evening would have been nice so that I wasn't racing the clock to pick it up as the shop closed. Had I known that the tire was in and being placed on my vehicle Friday, I would have made plans to go directly to the dealership after work.
