I was not greeted by an associate when I arrived. I did not receive a phone call about my vehicle’s needs when it was beyond the original scope of service. I was not given an updated completion time, nor was I told they would need to keep my vehicle overnight after I specifically said I needed it by 5pm. I had to text in the morning for an update. I did not receive a phone call when my car was finished nor did I receive a recap of what was completed on my vehicle. The service representative who checked me out had no idea what was performed on my vehicle. Finally, you used to was the cars after service and that didn’t happen either. Overall I was very unsatisfied with my customer service.

My only comment is it took 2 hours to perform a routine oil change, rotate the tires. and wash the vehicle. It was almost an hour after I dropped the car off before I received the multipoint inspection text. In the past, the same services were completed in about an hour so I'm not sure what was different today.

Very poor communication. A specific number was added to the account for someone who spoke English and when the vehicle was done they called the Spanish number and left a message in English. Then when I called they didn't know anything about the vehicle and thought it was already picked up. Which it wasn't. Took 2 days to figure out that the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up because all anyone does there, is put you on hold and take forever to figure out what's going on.

Micheal’s attitude towards a customer was condescending. I commented on how helpful she was in one of her jobs , he then got gruff with me and commented that I hadn’t had my oil changed in a year. I dont drive this car and was doing my husband a favor by taking my day to get the oil changed. I left feeling let down and regretted coming today. Barb, the lady he made the comments about is the kind soul.. she would help anyone at any time. Wherever she’s worked, she has always looked out for her customers. I know she gives almost every thing she has to charity… and feel that she and in turn I were betrayed.

Stephanie was very attentive when on duty. The car was expected to be done on Tues, but didn't receive a call that it was done. I called on Wed & Thurs, but Stephanie was off duty. I checked with another service agent to be sure it was ready for pick up. It was.
