Stephanie was great. She was friendly. She had a smile when I came… And sometimes in the past when you check in there’s not a sense of like welcome thanks for coming but with Stephanie they’re always is. I’m amazed by her Service. I just think she should get a raise. She’s the best service person I’ve ever dealt with and the next time I come in for an oil change, I’m gonna ask her if she got a raise and then I’ll ask why she didn’t.

Stephanie was excellent. However, I guess I am not sure if the liftgate struts that were recommended being replaced are covered under my warranty. Car is 31 months old and has 23,00 miles. I had been trying to have someone look at them for about a year. Please advise.

The fact that your technicians conduct the multipoint inspection on cars helps in tracking the tear and wear of the vehicle helping car owners plan in maintenance.

On the call back to pick the vehicle up, I asked if there was any debris or cause of holes in the tire. Jared didn't know because he didn't talk to the guys in the shop. When I picked the car up a couple hours later, I asked the same question hoping he had gotten some clarification for me, but no dice. Kind of a bummer, still really good work and friendly outside of this.
