Service tech forgot to tighten the oil pan nut. Oil leaked overnight.

I was told the tires where rotated. The tech went to the extent of getting the socket out of the console and left it on top of the console. I was wondering if they got rotated the last time I was there as well so I marked the tires this time. I was also told the washer fluid was ripped off. I did that last night. I prefer the rainX brand over the general brand. I have tried all day to get in touch with the shop manager left a message and no contact. I a bit disappointed.

Not break things on my car and make an hour service turn into three hours. Also, maybe offer me something for my time that I wasted.

Appreciated: 1) when I called about a low tire, they got me in the next day. 2) Staff met me at my car when I drove in the garage (this has happened much before) 3) Lounge was very comfortable with snacks and wifi. 4) getting the test results via text. 5) Ty suggested that you fix a recall item at the same time. 6) Ty was extremely professional and friendly! Thank you.

Erin Cahill was easy to work with. The negative that I had today was that I was not informed on when my vehicle was ready. My appointment was at 0730 and was supposed to take about 6 hours I gave it time to be contacted but that never happened. I went back to the shop around 1500 to see if my truck was ready and it was sitting in the parking lot. When I entered the shop to get my keys, no one knew where my paper work was or my keys. I never got any paper work stating what was done to my truck or anything like that. When I got in my truck I noticed a black dime sized stain on my driver seat, there was also what seemed to be grease on my driver door panel. I am not happy with the service I received today.

Very good oil change and vehicle inspection. Purchased Highlander from Baxter and do maintenance there. 112,000 miles and no problems.

Great staff and got the oil change done fast. Would have liked them to have checked the air in the tires. Had to add air to three of the tires after the service. Other than that took great care of my car. Jay

The crash plastic wrap was not sealed all around where hatch window used to be. I told everyone I spoke to I had to get home to KC. Despite driving below the speed limit it blew away in 20 minutes of the 3 hour drive in 28 degree weather.
