Ty Beel greeted me with a hello by name and was very helpful through my entire stay. Ty was a class act and everything was prompt about the service. 5 star rating for him. One thing that could be better is when I walked into the doors of the service center none of your other service techs greeted and said hello or welcome. I know they are very busy but a greeting is a kind gesture and professional.

Michael was professional and personable. We enjoyed laughing about my low mileage on my 2017 vehicle and agreed I was unlikely to hit 10,000 by my next visit. Year from now. I was in and out in less than an hour, which was also great.
