I reached out via phone only a couple minutes after my appointment (1:00pm) to ask a question regarding my vehicle inspection. Guy told me I will hear back later. Have not received anything.

The oil change took much longer than what I was told. Also, there was an advisory on the battery. The advisory said the people have been putting in smaller batteries, resulting in a short circuit and some fires. I was told the battery I have in there Is not the right size. But in the comments, it said the battery was too large. So that Was confusing and conflicting. Verbally I was told that for synthetic oil changes it’s a 10,000 mile cycle yet when I looked up at the sticker on the windshield that you put, it said to bring it in after 5000 miles. More conflicting information!

Baxter is an honest auto dealer and mechanic shop. I have been going there for 6 years. Great customer service. If they would deal on the truck I wanted they could have made a sale.

I have never had my vehicle serviced and not had the windshield cleaned but it was not done on my visit. We had driven from Wayne so it had lots of bugs so it was very obvious that it was not done. Hopefully the oil change was done better. ????

The service person was concise and businesslike. Perfect for me because I brought food and wanted to get to eating! I also like the texting to communicate information while you wait. Thank you!
