I have used this service many times. Usually when the car is done, you pull it in the garage and I drive out. Today the man handed me the keys and told me it was located on the outside of the building. Even though they were pulling other vehicles in the garage. I went out and NO it was not next to the building. I came in and asked the gentleman if he could locate the vehicle. It was not up against the building but rather was in the parking lot surrounded by other cars.instead of pulling it into the garage he pulled it out front. After having the nice service you offered before and this guy being a **** because he had to find my car was not a good experience.

Was very nice, respectful, and personable. Was constantly getting updates on anything regarding my vehicle. We communicated back and forth very well, sharing all that we both knew in order to get the job done. Thanks to Michael, I got my truck back with good, new parts!

I so much appreciate the communication from staff. I’m no mechanic and they are always willing to explain recommendations and costs up front. I do all car service work in Lincoln because I trust in the staff to be honest and direct in their recommendations and communication with me. Always friendly and respectful.

I appreciate the service I received on September 26, however I wish the same problem would have been investigated more throughly on my visit on September 3rd instead of telling me the reason my rear hatch would not open was because my car was dirty .
