Low tire pressure light was on when dropped off at dealership. Had the tires rotated. The technician did not check the spare tire! Which was the one that was low. Also, I was told service would be about one hour. More like 1 hour 45 minutes. AND did not get the $15.00 dollars off reward coupon I gave the Service Writer when I drove in????. Was not very impressed with your services

I travel and it’s been hard to get scheduled for a service. When I called this time Mike answered and said to bring my truck in and they would work it in. This was the best experience I’ve had since doing business with Baxter this was due to Mike

When I arrived for my appointment, my contact at Baxter asked me what the purpose of my visit. I was not made aware of how long the appointment would take prior to making the appointment. I asked how much rekeying a new ker fob would cost and was told they could tell me that the labor was going to be about $60.00 but couldn’t be told what the cost is the new key fob is going to cost. The two departments don’t talk to each other I assume. Disappointed customer
