I was told my service would only take 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was there for 3 hours and no follow up was made as to why I had to wait an additional 1.5 hours. When my vehicle was done, I asked what the delay was and they could not tell me why it took so long. The worst service I have ever had. If this kind of service continues, I will take my business somewhere else. Very and highly disappointed

We made an appointment for an oil change 2 1-/2 weeks prior, we arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and yet it was 120-125 minute from our appointment time until our vehicle was done. I kindly asked Brae if they were understaffed. She said a lot of time they just don’t have enough help on Saturdays. She did nothing wrong, she spoke professionally with me as her customer. But I am very disappointed in her management and that she had to defend their inability to have the necessary staffing when it is apparent even to someone not in management that they are unprepared to handle the expected customer volume that your organization scheduled.

Ty is helpful every time I used Toyota service. He listened to my concerns and answered questions that I had regarding the vehicle. We have been Toyota customer almost a decade !!! It has been good!

Ty went out of his way to accommodate me at the last minute (we were heading on vacation) when he found that my problem was an engine message. I live 60 miles away. He was wonderful! He said, "I will be here at 6:00am, bring it in whenever it is convenient. I was there at 8:00. I love Toyota because of Ty! He took good care of me. Added a necessary oil change, even though it was at the last minute, because I was out of town. I am a retired management professor -- Ty gets an "A."
