Jared was professional, efficient and provided great service.

I was disappointed in the communication about my vehicle. It was supposed to be finished by noon today and I never received any notification about it status. I called and my service advisor was not available. I later found out that she wasn’t working at all today or at least that’s what I was told later. I left messages for her and didn’t get a response. I called in repeatedly and my calls either went to voicemail or I was cut off. Two occasions I finally reached a service advisor and both times when they said they were going to check on the status of my car it sent my call to voicemail which effectively disconnected me from them . By the time I was able to reach someone it was almost 3 o’clock more than three hours later than my vehicle was supposed to have been done. It was done and may have been done the entire day, but I wouldn’t have known it because there was no communication of that . Very frustrating

Fast and efficient!

My appt was at 3pm and I was told it was going to be about 30 minutes. My car was done at 4:30pm.

Funny, read the room well, polite, professional. I would work with her again. There are less expensive places to get my oil changed, but she might have me coming back to Baxter.

V Friendly and fast

I wasn't sure what the correct process was for checking in when I arrived. I think Stephanie saw my confusion and she quickly came out to my car to greet me. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I could relax, knowing I was in good hands at this previously unfamiliar place.

Found tires chopping, and had been since last service. I was not watching as I thought that’s what the checkups were for. I was also charged for the repair on car with bumper to bumper warranty.
