I was told that my brakes needed to be done and it would be a three hour job. I told him I needed my car for a 1pm meeting. I was not kept informed of the progress and was unable to reach him by phone (I called the dealership and was put on hold and then transferred to a voicemail). I finally heard it was ready about 12:15. I have had difficulty reaching the service department when I call the dealership. I also have had my service tech provide me with contact info in the past.

Brae Patton was a joy to work with. She carefully made a list of items that needed attention and read them all back to me to insure accuracy. In addition, she scheduled a new service appointment to install a part that is now on order. Her pleasing personality and wit made the experience very pleasant! Hire more like her.

Erin provides excellent customer service. She's a natural at being friendly and doesn't act like a programmed robot that have to follow a manuscript. Customers are real people and appreciate it more when employees and companies are more realistic about customers situations. I love bringing my vehicle to Baxter anyhow because I love the staff and your mechanics are amazing and patient. The loaner car helped us out so much especially since i still needed a way to work and have two autistic adhd kids that I have to keep entertained daily with outside activities. Thank you for making a difficult situation easy on my family. I am grateful.
