Other than called 2 weeks ago gave me the date and time once I got there they couldn't find my scheduled apt. But the lady that helped me was very nice and got us inn right away

I had to wait a long time before a service person came out to receive my car. Then, the person who checked me out at the end said that the credit card machine was broken and had to type in my credit card number. I couldn't help but notice on the screen that autofill popped up many, many credit cards, and now I'm worried that you inadvertently stole my card info. Erin was amazing and answered my questions to the best of her ability. She is a true asset to the Toyota company. Unfortunately my tailgate is still not fixed and at times, refuses to open with button or latch. The second unresolved issue is the rattle on driver side that has been a constant annoyance since the day I drove it off the lot brand new in July.
These issues do not reflect on Erin as it’s out of her control. I look forward to having Toyota resolve these issues as I really like my new truck.
I had an excellent experience with the sales team during the recent purchase of my 4 Runner. This was my first service experience with Baxter. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment (my choice), but it took 1 hour 30 minutes from my scheduled 1:15 p.m. appointment to get back on the road. My vehicle was done and in the line, even moved outside because it was in the way, for between 15 and 30 minutes before I was checked out. I've done a lot of scheduled services at a number of dealerships over the years, but never had more than an hour for a simple, uncomplicated service with inspection. I purchased additional services beyond those standard with Toyota Care from Baxter assuming the service experience would be as great as the sales experience. I hope this is a "one of" service experience, or I feel duped into a bad purchase of the additional services.

My experience was with Mark Langston to purchase my new Toyota Camry. I have worked with Mark for several cars and he is the reason I come back to Baxter Toyota. He is friendly, expert/ knowledgable and compassionate. My husband has a significant health care issue and he has worked around our needs. I can't say enough positive things about him. He helped me find the car I could finally order now. He is one of the best.
Also Raymond Strozier Jr. was incredibly helpful with my understanding of the working inside my vehicle. He was friendly, patient (I am 70 years old and not necessarily a fan of all the extra "capabilities") and knowledgeable about how he could help me customize this.
