Working with Brae Patton was, once again, a very enjoyable experience. She was thorough and kept me informed as to the progress the mechanic was making in replacing my windshield wiper motor. The wipers work fine now. Very important with winter on the horizon.

When arriving and checking in, she did not show proper soft skills for customer service interactions. I asked for a shuttle because she did not ask if I needed one so called the driver and rudely asked for the ETA. She did not have any eye contact and never said thank you. Would highly recommend customer service training when working with the public.

Never got updated and was there 2 hours. Also saw my paperwork was stamped no wash- not sure why since seems like such a little thing for the service. Won’t be back after the warranty ends.
