Drivers info screen came back with different info displayed. At least return it the way it was when dropped off. Otherwise, service was very good as usual.

I had 7:30 am appointment. An oil change. On arrival I asked customer representative to look at tire pressure light and agreed if bad sensor found it was ok to fix,I signed. I received no tech inspection report until 2:20pm. I wanted to speak to customer representative or service manager, but after leaving them both messages to call me to answer my questions neither did. After coming to the Toyota here in Lincoln for the past 5 years. This was first time I was disappointed. Please remind manager customer comes first not last. Thank you

Didn’t expect to get the new volume control knob to be installed as I had just brought it up when I dropped off for service. Very happy with that aspect as other dealers have said I would need a separate appointment for that. Thanks!
