Nobody to meet me at vehicle when I arrived. An hour and a half into a tire rotation I walked out to the service checkout area to find my truck along with 4 vehicles behind mine and one service rep present! She did her best but the person who checked out before me was behind my truck. Consequently she had to wait for me to check out before she could leave!

Came to pickup my vehicle, the service department was not busy at all they did not offer to bring my vehicle in to me. They were also very sarcastic when checking me out.

This was my vehicle’s first oil change so I wasn’t anticipating any issues. Jared met me at my car and said it would be about an hour. 30 minutes later, I was on my way!

To me and my family Baxter Toyota of Lincoln is the best of them all. If l can get the Original customer service treatment I received during the period of my purchase of my Toyota in 2018 through the wonderful young Mr Steve the Sales Associate. However, with all my heart I say Thank you my friend for your service for treating me like a friend, brother and a family. Please remain blessed in all you do mankind and your customers alike Amen ????
