The person who set up the appointment didn’t log us in, so there was no record of our appointment. Stephanie was very helpful getting me in for service. I was driving home in less than an hour. The tire pressure icon was not reset after our service. The display on the dash was not returned to our preferences.

Your email said it was a go for my appointment but when I got there I was not on the scheduled email. But got me at that time. Some computers aren't talking to each other

Ty is great! I always like working with him. In fact, I probably would have left Baxter service years ago if it wasn’t for his common sense approach to real customer service. I was disappointed with having to pay almost $50 for a flat repair on a set of tires I bought from Baxter. Of that charge, $7.50 was for environmental fees.

“Erin” was great as an advisor. She was attentive and kept me updated. Brought my vehicle in for service in regards to the stereo. I explained the radio went thru an update and blacked out. Was told the radio performs an update and often causes it to malfunction. Was then given a quote of $8000.00 to replace it. Also was told that I should purchase a new vehicle with the money to fix the stereo.

You had my car Saturday at 10 AM. I know I didn’t have an appointment but the car would not start. You replaced the starter and put a new battery connector on. The repair was done Tuesday at 1 PM
