Angie was helpful. No issues at all with her. I stopped in a week ago after being very frustrated because I called with an issue. I was transferred to voicemail 4 times (once to a manager) and was never called back. Angie literally asked one question and knew what I needed repaired. It’s unfortunate bc I drove in from out of town and wasted time to get an answer that one of my 4 previous phone calls could have answered (not Angie’s fault). I think it’s poor customer service to not return voicemails. What is the point of transferring someone to voicemails if you’re not going to call customers back? I think this should be addressed. Angie was by no means the issue and I made sure to let her know my frustration was not with her.

First, the inspections you do are completely worthless. The last several oil changes the inspection has said the shocks are fine yet they had leaked so bad that they were completely covered in black from all the dirt attached to the oil. Your techs don’t even look they just select yes. Second I called to ask how long the service would take and I was told they couldn’t tell me that until I checked in my car. So when we checked in the vehicle and then asked for a loaner car since we did not know how long it would be, we were told by multiple people in such a way that they were not happy that we had asked for a loaner. I would have asked for a loaner prior if I had known how long it would take, but you wouldn’t tell me and instead gave us a hard time when we got there.
Jared and the team were so awesome! I am so thankful that Jared was able to get my car in today and take care of not only my tire issue but the other maintenance needed as well. Appreciate everyone who made it possible for me to get my car taken care of.

I had a question about an EV drive ratio percentage number change and I asked about it last time I was in but they weren’t able to answer it so I let it go. I asked again today when I was in and Ty Beel said: “Let me check on that and I’ll get back to you” and that’s exactly what he did! He explained it in layman’s terms and it all made sense. I appreciate that he did it in a kind, not condescending way.

Helped make decision on Toyota Care extension
They did a fine job of servicing my car but they were so ill organized.
I was promised a shuttle so I wouldn't be stuck at the dealership but I was told upon arrival that was only on the weekday, not weekends. I specifically asked about that when I made my appointment.
I had to ask what my antifreeze was good to in my car as it was not written on my paperwork.
It took 5 different people in order to purchase an item from your display of merchandise.
It took about an hour to rotate my tires and I was early for my appointment.
I came in to your facility, due to you being a Toyota dealer, but usually go to Omaha at the dealer I bought the vehicle, but tried local instead, was sent a coupon, a few days past the expiration, but appointment set prior to, open spot & schedule brought me past,was examined by the front. Now the service, point out the flaws, but sounds more like an upsell, light of low pressure remains & didn't even vacuum. I will keep going to Omaha, thanks, but no thanks.
