So much better than the last time. Angie is top shelf. Personable professional polite and prompt. Can’t think of anything I’d do differently. I was able to get work done at the desk in the showroom and the snacks were great too!

I have been waiting for the middle console rim replacement. They told me they are going to call me the next day. Has been 8 days and I am still waiting. The first time they told they are going to replace was 5 months ago. Just be honest and let me know if you guys are going to replace the part or not. Don't make false promises.

Waiting on call back. Was charged for oil change which should be no charge as per service agreement. Should have credit for $80.40 plus environmental fees and tax. RO#735355

Jared and the mechanic took their time on unusual issue with check engine light caused by 20% alcohol fuel figured out by testing it after computer said fuel issue. double checked not caused by purge valve not working …didn’t suggest unnecessary repair of anything—-appears just need time for fuel to get back to where it should be, not sure how alcohol hit so high. Very patient and appreciated the care and explanations Goodyear had told me to replace the fuel injectors for $4000

I had made an appointment on line for a recall part to be fixed. Your company didn’t have the part and I was not notified. I had to come back the next day so the part could ordered. I was told your company has a glitch in your computer program and online appointments, and the parts ordering. The assistant manager, Evan Meyer, of the service area was rather snarky and couldn’t be bothered with the situation. He told me it was a glitch in the system and didn’t care your company was wasting my time. You need to fix this, if you want to keep customers. Erin Cahill was delightful.

Oil change was about expected prices, but the services they wanted to add on were way higher than other mechanics in Lincoln. Literally 70% higher cost.
