I appreciate the Service Department staff for making me feel like I was a priority. I scheduled a service because my truck was acting up. I had concern my extended warranty was about to expire so the staff scheduled me an appointment and told me to bring my truck in early in the morning before the appointment if possible. The truck was dropped off and was diagnosed and serviced before the actual scheduled service date. This was greatly appreciated.

The transfer case output seal repairs wasn't thoroughly explained. I listened closely to Angie.All I heard was $150 for seal replacement and fluid. The price Angie quoted me for my brake repairs were fair. I had no problem with that. But I did appreciate the 10% off my bill Angie gave me. That was fair too. Maybe there was some missed communication along the way. But in the long run I was given a fair settlement to my repairs on my Tacoma. Thank you.

Jared did an awesome job explaining that the mechanic uses a torque wrench on the wheels. That’s why I use Baxter. Other shops use impact wrenches that damage rims.

This is the 3rd time i have been in for an oil change and they said they would wash my car. When my car was ready they never had it washed. They said it would take an extra 20 minutes which I didn’t want to wait longer since they forgot. The oil change took 1hr and 45 minutes which an oil change should never take that long.
