Had appointment for my oil change and tires rotated, that took 1 hour and a 20 minutes. Next day, I called to verify the tires got rotated because the inspection does not list that. She said they did? If they did why was that not listed on invoice or inspection .

I asked for a car wash but it wasn’t! They had to take it back to wash it ! They charged me $80 for labor to pop a fog light back on ! It shouldn’t take half hour nothing was broken maybe 5 minutes tops ! They recommended cabin and air filters I was trying to to approve the air filter only but I couldn’t submit form ! I asked a man there to help me thinking he had what I wanted to approve but I guess he approved both ! I never had any problems there before so I wasn’t happy! A refund for the labor and cabin filter would be appropriate! The staff was very friendly no complaints there

I came Baxter Toyota because of an active recall appeared on VIN report. But when I came there with the vehicle I was told that the recall was already addressed. That was unnecessary hassle for me. Please update such recall in time. Thank you.

I’ve had a Nissan and was used to their service until I bought my new Highlander. They always had someone to greet me in the garage, and today no one greeted me. I had to find someone to help me. Nissan service usually had me out within an hour, and I was waiting for my car for an hour and a half today. Nissan always washed my car and vacuumed it before returning it to me. I miss their customer service!
I had ask the to please check the tire pressure, I got in the car and the light came on. I know this is small but I had just left the lot. I do live there it is cold that day but I had just left the lot

I can’t say enough about how great Stephanie has been with our recent service visits. She is always helpful and kind. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced at Baxter Toyota.
It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone, I was not told there would be a cost, it was estimated to take less than an hour and I was there for over 2 (for an inspection!) and when I asked for an update after 90 minutes the person who responded was condescending. The woman who helped me was great-listened and gave additional information. I am overall very dissatisfied with the customer service every time I have gotten my oil changed. Unfortunately I pre-purchased oil changes when I bought my car in Omaha. Customer service at Jensen is FAR FAR superior and although I would consider purchasing a Toyota, and my family is in the market for a new vehicle, I would not from this store.
My car runs better than brand new. Good service and very pleasant waiting area.
