I don’t know what can be done at the local level, except try to pass this up the food chain, but it wasn’t real clear from the texts when my car was finished. I got an “update,” but it didn’t say if I was supposed to come and pick up my car. At lunchtime I called, but it was difficult to get through to someone at first.

You ordered the wrong headlight and replaced the wrong headlight… You were supposed to replace the driver side headlight and you replaced the passenger headlight. You also ordered the wrong piece for the top and now I have to come back a second time to have it fixed. Zero out of 10
