The mechanic was concise in his troubleshooting and gave us all of our options very clearly. We went with the simplest cheapest option and are aware of the other things that need to be worked on. Thankful for the speed and clarity of service

Horrible customer service! I called multiple times with no answer. I left two voicemails asking for a return phone call. No return call. Today, I stood next to my car in the garage waiting for an employee to greet me. The garage was empty with one other customer. The employee who assisted the customer when I pulled in, didn’t acknowledge me after she was done with the customer and documenting vehicle information. I waited for a couple minutes and then walked inside to find an employee. Once the service was done, the employee called my name when I was 10 feet away. The lobby only had three other customers. When I politely informed her I would be a minute so I could pack up my computer, she walked away and then walked back as though I was taking too long. My experiences with with Anderson and Honda of Lincoln were 10x’s better.

This is a fleet vehicle. I left comments to bill ARI /Holman. Our president was very upset that he has to pay for the charges on his corporate card. Wha was Holman not billed?
