I was beyond pleased with my service rep. She was very friendly and very helpful. I did not feel she could’ve done any better of a job. However, I was very disappointed at the price of the battery and that you only sell seven batteries. My car is 2002, so I certainly did not want a seven year battery. Plus I did an AI check, and they said the average price for a seven year battery was about $117. Mine came to almost $300. Then, it said that there was a super battery that cost $267 which I am assuming that I received. I wish I would’ve been given an option for a cheaper one because of the age of my car. Very, very disappointed in being charged that much for a battery.

My Highlander originally needed a water pump and thermostat replacement, and I picked up my vehicle after it was supposed to be fixed, and it was leaking antifreeze. I had to bring it back to figure out what was wrong with it. I didn’t hear anything all day Monday, and then I got a voicemail Tuesday it was ready to be picked up. I do appreciate the problem was resolved at no charge, but when I picked up my vehicle again, the bar that holds open the hood was placed on my front seat. I have no idea how to fix that. Thank goodness the nice guy who checks people in fixed it right away. I have never had a bad experience at Toyota. I just feel like either my vehicle was rushed to get fixed or put off and it wasn’t that big of a deal.

I told the person I checked in with (not Stephanie) that I wanted to keep all four old tires and that message was not communicated to anyone. I asked about it when I came to pick up the vehicle. Stephanie had a guy help me find the tires in a pile. I would like to be considered for a refund if the $30 tire disposal fee that I paid. Otherwise, the new tires are great and I have confidence in the work done.
