One of the things I brought my car in to have fixed was a recall on the 3rd row seat bolts. My service tech was unable to pull the recall info up on her ipad. I then had to ask if it was completed upon pickup. I was told “yes the recall was completed” without anymore information of what that entailed and it had to be added to my statement after I asked. There was also no notes on it from the mechanic who worked on the vehicle. Also, the notice was never erased from my system so it still pops up on my screen every time I start the car. On top of it all, I had to make an appointment to leave work again and come back two days later just to have the reminder removed from my screen when it should have just been done it the first place. I hate to sound like a big ole Karen but I plan to put my children’s car seats back there and it starting to seem more and more like the recall never got addressed.

Happy to get my oil changed, but you should let your customers know the approximate waiting time. If I would have known it would be 2 hours, I would have communicated it to my wife earlier. Now she’s pissed at me, thinking that I was out and about enjoying my “free time”. Also why does everyone think I am related to Mike Gerkin? I get asked that about 10 times a year and my representative asked me that as well. I met the guy once and don’t share the last name. He’s like some kind of movie star or something. Anyways 4/5 stars
