Ty did a great job. He deserves everything you guys give him. The first person I dealt with tried telling my company that the tire you sold us did not have road hazard and we would have to buy a new tire for 350 dollars. They stated that it was because it was not a Toyota tire. I was going to tell everyone I know to never go to you guys because of this. With Ty’s rework of this situation I will give you guys good word of mouth everyone I know. Thanks Ty and thank you for making this right.

Angie and everyone I worked with was amazing. My car is fixed well, and overall I was very satisfied - my only complaints are policy based. My quote did not have everything on it so I was surprised by my final price - I had an oil change for example and that wasn’t included. I understand that it’s a different system but when giving customers their expected price it would be nice to have a second quote that includes everything being done. Also (and this is a small thing) in the past after getting service at Baxter the car was washed. It doesn’t matter that it isn’t this time, but it was a nice touch.

I had brought a coupon to the appointment. After I got home I reviewed the receipt which only had a $25 credit instead of the $60 credit. It was easily corrected by phone
