Jared feels very trustworthy and is a great communicator and listener. I did not feel rushed and did not get cut off when telling him my concerns- before telling him my name for the appointment. He made sure to communicate to the rest of the team. All of my concerns were addressed. I came in hopeful but unsure, and i left feeling like a big weight was off my chest. I would recommend anyone specifically designate Jared as my advisor the next time i come in. And he should get a raise.

My 1st submission didn’t go through. I apologize if it did. I checked in and was told there would be a charge today. I told her I had purchased extended service when I purchased. She kept talking about oil change and tire rotation were a charge after 25,000. I asked her to check my warranty and get back to me. She did not. After waiting 1 1/2 hour past my appointment, with no communication I asked about my Rav. The person that helped me was a little put out I didn’t know who checked me in but looked my name up and told me what was being recommended. I said I didn’t get any notice she said “ I’m telling you right now”. Yikes. When I say back down there we’re all of a sudden 3 notices about what was recommended. When I checked out I asked for a copy of my warranty she went on about coupons and filters and oil changes. I was so frustrated when I left I just quit asking and left.

Bring back the free car wash!

I had an appointment for the first appointment of the day and my truck was not completed until after 10:00 and this was blamed on me because I wrote contact when complete. If I had an appointment set, my plan was for this to be completed at the first appointment of the day. Not waiting until I had shown up to try and pick my truck up. If the appointment is for the first appointment of the day, it should be completed first. It is the whole reason I scheduled the first appointment of the day!!!!!!! Completely unacceptable!!!!

Angie was great when I came in for my 25k mile service and the follow up repairs. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood the service I needed. Would be happy to see Angie again next time!
