Erin was very polite understood my concerns explained to me what was going to be worked on or completed and how long it would take. She had a young lady with her and she went through the process with her as well and explained to her what she was doing, what she was looking at in my car and answered all of my questions as well as her very nice young lady.

I was told my timing cover was cracked previously during my service inspection, today was told there was not a crack and only oil residue. I reached out twice to resolve this issue and was not called back until 2 weeks later. I also was also told today that my battery was doing poorly and needed to be replaced, this was not brought to my attention during my service inspection a couple weeks earlier.
